Welcome to Voicebox, an app that lets you share voice notes with the world! Whether you’re looking to plug a highlight soundbite from your podcast, share a hilarious joke your friend told, test drive a song you’re working on, or simply want to talk about your day, every one of us has a voice, and Voicebox wants to amplify yours.

With just a few taps, you can record anything you’d like to say in 2 minutes or less. Make things even more interesting by adding a photo alongside your post, adding background sounds, or playing with the speed and pitch of your voice so you can create a sound true and unique to you.

The Social Audio Experience

Most social platforms today revolve around what you can see. Whether that be a video you watch, a photo you look at, or text you read, our eyes play a pivotal role in connecting with others.

Voicebox is different. Our primary method of communication is through what we hear, specifically through short-form voice notes. We believe this allows people to communicate with honesty and brings the focus to a person's message.

Think of it like the middle ground. While text is fast, it can lose the human touch. While video is engaging, it takes more effort to pull together. Our voices are a happy medium.

Much like your preferred audio playing app, our autoplay feature allows you to enjoy content on Voicebox while working, doing chores, driving, or anything else that you may do while listening to music or podcasts. We call this touchless social—a way to stay connected without needing to look at your screen.

With plans to launch the first version of the app mid-2024, Voicebox is still in its humble beginnings. As we continue to develop the app, we're excited about what it'll bring to the social landscape. We truly believe that voice can provide a more honest and real form of social networking.
